Track Every Dollar You Save, Not Just Spend

Most expense trackers measure what you spent. This one measures what you saved. I built an iOS app that flips the usual budgeting question: instead of asking “how much did I waste,” it asks “how much did I keep?”

The core insight is simple. You decide not to order delivery and cook at home instead. You skip the taxi and take the subway. You cancel a subscription you weren’t using. These aren’t zero—they’re wins. But traditional budgeting apps never show them. I wanted to fix that.

What It Does

  • Delta recording: Enter the original price and what you actually paid (or zero if you skipped it entirely). The app calculates savings automatically.
  • One-tap presets: Set up shortcuts for your most common savings—delivery vs. home cooking, taxi vs. transit, impulse purchase avoided. Log them in seconds.
  • Visual dashboard: See today’s savings, this month’s cumulative total, and watch your piggy bank fill up in real time.
  • Streak tracking: Build a daily savings streak. The longer you keep it going, the more it compounds visually.
  • Smart stats: Breakdown by category, six-month trends, and an annualized projection so you can see what your monthly savings rate means over a year.
  • Savings goals: Set a target amount and track progress with a predicted completion date.

The app was built specifically for people in Korea who embrace zero-spend days and frugal challenges—but the idea works for anyone trying to make their savings visible. When you can see the money you didn’t spend stacking up like a real piggy bank, it changes how you think about small financial choices.

All your data stays on your device. No sign-up required. Supports Korean and English, and there’s a dark mode if you want it.

Who This Is For

If you’re someone who tracks no-spend days or practices frugal living but gets frustrated that traditional budgeting apps don’t acknowledge your restraint, this is for you. If you’re trying to cut back on delivery apps, subscriptions, or impulse purchases and need visual motivation to keep going, this works. If you want to prove to yourself that small daily decisions actually add up to real money—download it.

You can find it on the iOS App Store right now. Version 1.1.2 is live, and I’m planning to add more features based on feedback. Give it a try and let me know what you think.
