Institutional investors move billions quietly. Their filings are public, scattered across regulatory databases, and almost impossible to follow in real time. WhaleLens solves that problem by automatically collecting and organizing the portfolio moves of Korea’s National Pension Service and the world’s most famous investors—Warren Buffett, Ray Dalio, Cathie Wood, and others—on a single screen.
I built WhaleLens because I realized I was wasting hours digging through Korea’s DART system and SEC EDGAR just to understand what smart money was doing. The data was all there, but nobody had bothered to organize it in a way that made sense. After launching on iOS, I wanted Android users to have the same access.

What it does
- NPS disclosure tracking — Catch mandatory 5%+ stake changes and 10%+ core shareholder reports the moment they’re filed. See exactly how many shares were bought or sold, compared to the previous filing.
- Full portfolio transparency — Browse Korea’s National Pension Service top 200 equity holdings with year-over-year changes, or flip to their US equity positions pulled directly from SEC 13F filings.
- Legendary investor quarterly updates — Track ten of the world’s smartest investors across every quarter: Berkshire Hathaway, ARK, Bridgewater, Pershing Square, Scion, and five others. See what they added, trimmed, opened, and exited.
- Smart Money Consensus — A unique analysis that overlaps holdings across all eleven institutional funds. When eight funds own the same stock, that’s a different signal than one fund alone.
- Instant Telegram alerts — Get notified the moment a new NPS disclosure drops, so you’re never behind.

All data comes from official sources: Korea’s DART regulatory filings, SEC EDGAR 13F reports, and Korea’s open data portal. Everything refreshes automatically.

Who this is for
If you track institutional flows, study how legendary investors build and reposition their portfolios, or want to make investment decisions based on public filings rather than guesswork, this app is built for you. Whether you’re in Korea watching the National Pension Service or monitoring US markets through 13F filings, WhaleLens pulls the signal out of the noise.

WhaleLens is now live on Google Play for Android. Download it free and start tracking what the whales are buying.
