Whether you teach PT, yoga, vocal lessons, golf, or anything else, you know how hard it is to remember exactly what you covered last session or how a student was progressing six months ago. CoachNote keeps that context at your fingertips, so you can spend more time coaching and less time digging through old messages.
What It Does
- Student profiles — Keep a card for each student with their category, start date, and notes. Find anyone instantly with search and filters.
- Session logs with timecoded feedback — Record the date, venue, and topic for every lesson, then attach timecoded comments, photos, videos, and voice recordings. Mark the exact moment something happened: “knee angle on the squat at 1:23.”
- Progress charts — Define your own metrics (body weight, vocal range, 1RM, whatever matters for your students), log them over time, and watch growth appear as time-series charts.
- PDF reports — Export per-student progress reports as PDFs to share with students and parents, turning raw data into visual proof of improvement.
All your data stays on your device. There’s no account to create, no external server—every record is stored locally on your Android phone or tablet. That means your lesson notes never leave your hands, and you’re not dependent on an internet connection to access your students’ history.
