Reactiveworks Blog is run by SiU Ahn (안시우), an independent mobile developer in South Korea. There’s no support team behind this — mail comes to me directly, and I answer it myself.
This is the same address listed as the support contact for my apps on Google Play and the App Store, so you don’t need to hunt for a different one depending on where you found me.
What to write about
- Bug reports. The most useful ones name the app, the device and OS version, and what you did right before it went wrong. Screenshots help more than descriptions.
- Feature requests. Tell me the problem you’re trying to solve rather than the feature you think would solve it — I frequently find a simpler fix that way.
- Corrections to posts. If something written here is factually wrong or out of date, say so and I’ll amend the post.
- Privacy and data requests. Access, correction, or deletion requests under the Privacy Policy come to this address too.
- Business enquiries. Contract work and collaboration go through the studio site, reactiveworks.dev.
Response time
This is a one-person studio, so replies are not instant and can be slower while a release is in progress. If a message goes unanswered for a while, a spam filter is a likelier explanation than disinterest — it is worth sending again.
What I don’t respond to
Unsolicited SEO, backlink, guest-post, and paid-placement offers. This site doesn’t publish sponsored content of any kind — see the editorial policy on the About page.
