If you’ve noticed your memory slipping—forgetting names, losing focus mid-task, struggling to juggle multiple pieces of information—you’re not alone. I built this app because I wanted a way to actually measure and improve my own cognitive abilities without relying on vague intuition or generic brain games.

Most brain training apps show you a score and move on. That tells you almost nothing about what’s actually improving or why. I wanted something grounded in real cognitive psychology research, with a system that tracks not just your results but also the strategies you use—so you can see tangible progress over time.
What It Does
- N-Back Training — A working memory task used in cognitive psychology labs. Squares light up on a 3×3 grid; you match them to their position from N steps ago. Difficulty adjusts automatically based on your accuracy.
- Speed Processing — Shapes flash briefly on screen, and you identify the matching option from four choices. Response time matters; the app gets faster as you improve, starting at 1000ms and scaling down to 200ms.
- Pattern Matching — Solve visual logic puzzles by identifying rules across rows and columns. As levels increase, rule complexity grows and time pressure tightens.
- Cross-Module Sessions — Alternate between all three exercises in a single session, forcing your brain to reset strategy each time rather than falling into autopilot.
- Detailed Progress Tracking — View your cognitive profile across four dimensions (working memory, processing speed, fluid reasoning, transfer awareness), plus 14-day streak tracking, accuracy trends over weeks or months, and an 8-week habit heatmap.

Each task adapts to your performance level in real time. The app is designed to stay in that sweet spot where you’re challenged without being frustrated or bored.

Who This Is For
This app works for anyone looking to sharpen cognitive performance: students preparing for exams, professionals handling information-heavy work like meetings and reports, people noticing their attention span has taken a hit from screen time, or anyone simply curious about their own mental performance. If you’re shopping for a meaningful brain activity to recommend to a parent or older relative, this fits that need too. Each session runs 1-2 minutes, so a quick morning routine is all it takes.

Privacy First
No sign-up, no login, no servers. Your training data stays on your device. If you switch phones, you can export your records and import them on your new device. You can delete everything with a single tap whenever you want.
The app supports both light and dark modes and is available in English and Korean. If you’re interested in tracking real cognitive progress instead of chasing abstract scores, download it on the App Store today.
