I built this because I was frustrated with my own resume process. Every time I filled out a new application or updated my LinkedIn, I’d spend ten minutes digging through documents just to confirm when I graduated or finished a certification. Then I’d have to reformat each date depending on what the form wanted: full date, month and year only, or just the year. It felt absurd to repeat this every single time.

What it does

- Toggles between date formats instantly — different forms want different formats. Switch between full date, month/year, or year-only with a single tap, then copy the entry in exactly that format.
- Exports your entire resume vault — generate exports as plain text, Markdown, PNG tables, or PDF. Choose which sections to include and share or archive as needed.
- Keeps everything private and local — no sign-up required, no cloud servers, no data leaving your device. A 4-digit PIN and biometric lock (fingerprint or face unlock) protect sensitive information. Backup and restore via .zip files make switching phones seamless.
