Find Cheaper Coin Karaoke Rooms Near You in Korea

You’re standing between three coin karaoke rooms in a Korean neighborhood, each with a price board you can barely read, and no real way to tell which one gives you the most songs for your cash. Conomap puts those prices on a map so you can compare before you walk in.

I built this because I kept doing the same math in my head outside noraebang doors: price per song, songs per 1,000 won, whether the 30-minute time rate beats paying per song with friends. There was no single place to check that ahead of time, so I made one.

Features

  • Price map: Move the map and nearby karaoke rooms show up as pins with their prices. Neighborhood price ranges are shaded so you can spot the cheaper area at a glance.
  • Compare your way: Sort by songs per 1,000 won or the 30-minute rate, adjust for group size, and order the nearby list by distance or price.
  • Prices by day and time: Each room’s detail screen breaks down weekday, weekend, and late-night rates, plus events and cash-versus-card differences.
  • Prices checked by other singers: Prices come from user reports and price-board photos, and other users confirm or dispute them, so you know how reliable a listing is. You can add a newly opened room yourself.
  • Station and area search: Search by subway station or neighborhood name to pull up every room around it.

There’s also a favorites list for places you like, with directions handed off straight to NAVER Map or KakaoMap, and an owner verification flow so venue owners can manage their own prices and events directly.

This is built specifically for Korea’s coin karaoke and noraebang scene, so it leans fully into that context rather than pretending to be a generic app. The app, originally named 코노맵 in Korean, is for solo singers trying to squeeze the most songs out of 3,000 won, two friends weighing a coin room time rate against a regular noraebang hour, and travelers or new arrivals trying to figure out what a night of singing costs in an unfamiliar neighborhood.

No sign-up is needed to start, though you can link a Google or Apple account to keep your saved rooms if you switch devices. Conomap is free on Google Play, with banner ads, and prices are reference data from public sources, user reports, and owner input, so it’s worth a quick confirmation at the venue itself. If you sing in Korea, give it a try on Google Play.
